About Your Future Team

You'll be part of a dynamic team focused on pioneering research and development in content understanding and creation through cutting-edge computer vision (CV) and natural language processing (NLP) technologies. Their work spans multi-modal understanding, vision and language integration, foundation models, and audio/music understanding and generation, all aimed at enhancing user experience on their platform. This team, a blend of seasoned research scientists and engineers, is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of multi-modality research and its application.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to advanced research and development in CV and NLP, particularly in multi-modality and vision and language areas.
  • Publish and present groundbreaking research findings, enhancing our brand within the research community.
  • Translate research insights into tangible product applications, exploring innovative product ideas centered around CV/NLP technologies.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven research and engineering background in CV and NLP, with a specific focus on multi-modal understanding, vision and language, video captioning, VQA, text-to-video retrieval, etc.
  • Experience handling very large-scale datasets and scaling up foundation models.
  • Proficiency in language models and their application in various tasks.
  • Expertise in audio/music understanding and generation.
  • A track record of publications in top-tier venues (CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, EMNLP, ACL, COLING, etc.).
  • Strong algorithmic background and coding skills in Python and popular deep learning frameworks.
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Independent work capability and outstanding communication skills.
