- up to 600k OTE 50/50 split
- Managing team of 5
- Helping AE's & SDR's to build pipeline
- Work closely with the CEO and VP of Marketing
- Take ownership of the full sales strategy
- Scale the sales team

- 8+ years in a start-up SaaS environment
- Experience in Blockchain/Crypto SaaS
- Enterprise solution selling background
- Sold to Financial Services/Banking/F500
- Taken previous companies from single million ARR to double
