Job description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a growing team within a dynamic and forward-thinking Web3 financial data infrastructure company. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients in the blockchain industry. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients in the blockchain space through various channels, including social media, industry events, and online databases.

• Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our blockchain solutions and services.

• Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and pain points and determine their fit for our solutions.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and provide them with detailed information about qualified leads.

• Market Analysis: Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the blockchain industry to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.

• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and progress in our CRM system.

• Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status to the sales manager.


• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the blockchain or technology sector.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in various industries.

• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.

• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and market trends.
