Stott and May are partnered with a groundbreaking solution in the IAM/Security space. This enterprise Identity Data Management platform creates a solid identity foundation that speeds the success of initiatives, including single sign-on, M&A integrations, identity governance and administration, cloud directory deployments, hybrid and multi-cloud environments, customer identity, and access management, and more.

 

Their customer base is that of F500 and Government entities with the most complex and hybrid infrastructure environments. In this role, you'll be working closely with industry leaders within the space in a cross departmental function across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

 

The Role:

You'll be responsible for overseeing, mentoring, and growing a team of BDRs that is poised for growth and plays a crucial role in driving our inbound lead qualification and outbound sales motion. You will lead by motivating them to grow into skilled conversational sales representatives who help customers and prospects solve complex identity-related business problems while ensuring delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the BDR team

  • Bring a strong coaching mindset and support your BDRs through call coaching, sequence review, development, email and social selling strategies, objection handling, etc.

  • Teach intent-driven outbound prospecting tactics, timely follow up with inbound leads, and value-driven selling and qualification processes

  • Implement, improve, and standardize key BDR sales processes in service of driving consistent and repeatable motions that drive predictable revenue growth

  • Develop and improve sales enablement tools, including training materials, call scripts, email templates, and prospecting sequences

  • Create dashboards to track and report on BDR activities on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis

  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with our Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, and Marketing.

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience as an inside sales professional or business development rep

  • Career champion with proven experience in coaching and developing reps and managers

  • Experience in developing BDR processes, sales enablement tools, and success metrics

  • Highly self-motivated, success-driven, and passionate about sales

  • Solid understanding of tactical sales skills and progressing customers through the buying cycle

  • Demonstrated ability to translate data and metrics into actionable business insights

  • Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Drift Live Chat and 6Sense
