Responsibility
- Responsibility for all media campaigns, inspiring and engaging our consumer audiences through best in class (digital-first) execution. Delivering seamless and relevant media experiences across all touchpoints and channels in performance and awareness channels.
- Short- and long-term strategy for end-to-end campaigns across markets, from strategy & planning through to activation and optimization across channels.
- Campaign budget ownership.
- Driving the agenda and innovation roadmap with media agencies, suppliers and key media partners (Meta and Google among others).
- Owning the digital test & learn agenda, driving critical initiatives and test plans that have potential for high-scale impact against key business metrics to drive growth and engagement.
- Supporting the Global Head of Marketing in the annual marketing planning process, taking into account all paid media touch points along the CDJ to drive a seamless consumer experience.
- Continually analyzing and reviewing existing strategies, media plans and tactics to continuously improve performance and drive media effectiveness.
- Overseeing & coordinating Influencer marketing activation as part of campaign programs.
- Managing, leading and developing a direct team. Building a highly capable and engaged team.
Requirements
- >8 year of experience in Media in both Performance and Brand building. Preferably across European markets.
- Skilled in Media strategy, execution, tracking and optimization.
- Experienced in managing internal and external stakeholders such as suppliers, agencies and media partners.
- Proven leadership experience taking existing teams to the next level and building high performing structures and capabilities.
- Hands on mentality and entrepreneurial spirit with the drive to shape and build.
- Understanding of latest tech and digital trends and translation into actionable ideas.
