| BMC TrueSight Consultant (SC Cleared) (requires an active SC clearance) Start: ASAP Duration: initial 6-months Location: Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in Wokingham Rate: inside IR35, paying up to £500 per day. Responsibilities: - Provide support on TrueSight (TSOM), BHOM, as per agreed SLAs. - Experience on windows, Linux OS - ITIL framework - Networking for basic troubleshooting - Responsible for the execution of the Process (directly perform or delegate responsibilities). Includes operating the defined and agreed process, ensuring it interfaces with all other relevant processes, reviewing the effectiveness and efficiency of the process, performing process audits and managing the process improvement cycle. Skills required: - Working knowledge of TrueSight ops management, patrol, TrueSight - BPPM/ TrueSight, BMC server automation - Data request processing |
