We are hiring a Salesforce Developer for one of our clients in the US
Industry: Consulting
Location: LATAM (Remote, working on CST, paid in USD)
Rate: $18-25/h
Contract: ASAP start, 6 months rolling
Language Skills needed: English fluency
Technical Skills needed: Apex, LWC, Integration
Responsibilities:
? Collaborate with technology and other teams to ensure effective data flow between Salesforce.com and integrated systems by providing technical support of integrated business operations workflows, functional requirements and analyze opportunities for process improvements
? Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers and use process builder to drive efficiencies within the business
? Design and develop advanced customizations using Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers, and Triggers, Visualforce, schedule jobs, batch jobs, and email services
? Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of Salesforce, by identifying and devising solutions to problems with functionality or performance of Salesforce
? Help maintain code quality, organization and automation
? Undergo deep, technical business process discovery and create trusted solutions built on best practices
? Communicate directly with clients and manage implementations and customization projects
? Accurately manage budget, scope, risks, and issues during project lifecycle process
? Customize Salesforce including layouts, detail pages, custom objects and workflows in Salesforce Lightning
Experience needed:
? Strong understanding of Salesforce.com platform with good understanding of integrations
? Ability to create an estimate for a client (development time, testing, deployment, etc.)
? Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
? 3+ years’ experience working in similar role working directly with Salesforce clients
? Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university and/or equivalent experience
? Experience with Salesforce.com administration/setup, and proficient with Apex, VisualForce, Triggers, Force.com, Web Services, Lightening, and JavaScript
? Experience with Agile methodology and familiarity with best practices as it relates to Salesforce projects
? Familiarity when custom code is needed versus declarative configuration
? Strong knowledge of standard Lightning components and Lightning App Pages
? One or more current Salesforce certificates (Consultant Certifications, Platform Developer I, App Builder)
? Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with clients regularly via email, phone and in-person in a timely manner
