We're looking for a talented and motivated BDR Manager to join their team and lead the charge in building a world-class inside sales organization. In this fully remote role based in the US, you'll be responsible for all aspects of BDR management, from building a rockstar team from the ground up to developing and implementing winning sales processes.
What You'll Do:
- Build a Dream Team: You'll be the architect of the BDR team, leading the recruitment, onboarding, and training of top talent.
- Coaching & Development: Foster a dynamic learning environment by providing ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to your BDRs.
- Process Pro: Develop and implement best practices for lead generation, qualification, and opportunity creation.
- Metrics Master: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration is Key: Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to ensure alignment and drive overall sales success.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Be passionate about staying current with industry trends and best practices.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience in a BDR management or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing BDR teams.
- Deep understanding of the BDR sales cycle and best practices.
- Strong coaching and mentorship skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven decision maker with a knack for problem-solving.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
