Overview
An established organisation is seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to support and enhance its cloud and DevOps capabilities.
The Azure DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure deployments, and collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure stable, scalable, and efficient delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and associated tooling.

Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) technologies such as Terraform or Bicep.

Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring workflows.

Build observability into pipelines to ensure visibility into application performance and operational issues.

Optimise DevOps processes to improve speed, reliability, and scalability across environments.

Provide troubleshooting and support for pipeline or deployment-related issues.
Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5+ years in IT, with at least 3+ years working in DevOps environments and Azure-specific tooling.

Strong proficiency with Azure DevOps, Git, and modern CI/CD practices.

Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or Bicep.

Working knowledge of containerisation and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to streamline delivery processes.

Fluent in Dutch (spoken, written, and reading).
Desired Skills

Hands-on experience with cloud-native observability practices.

Azure certifications, such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, are advantageous.

Experience improving DevOps maturity within complex environments.
