Job Title: Cyber & Privacy Litigation Associate Attorney (2–6 Years of Experience)
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
Compensation Range: $140,000 – $220,000, commensurate with experience

Position Overview
We are seeking a litigation associate with 2–6 years of experience to join our Cyber & Privacy Litigation team. This fully remote role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to work on high-impact cases involving data breaches, privacy class actions, and technology-related disputes.
Applicants must have federal litigation experience and a strong background in written advocacy, discovery, and client communications. Experience in cyber and data privacy matters—whether in private practice or in-house—is highly desirable.
Responsibilities

Represent clients in federal and state litigation arising out of data breaches, privacy violations, and cyber events.

Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, and discovery requests/responses.

Support oral advocacy, including preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials.

Coordinate with technical experts, forensic consultants, and internal incident response counsel to build and execute litigation strategies.

Advise clients on litigation risk associated with data incidents and evolving regulatory frameworks (e.g., CCPA, BIPA, GDPR, and HIPAA).

Collaborate with a global team of attorneys on cross-border privacy and cyber matters.
Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

2–6 years of litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on federal court matters.

Demonstrated experience handling privacy-related litigation (CCPA, BIPA, wiretap claims, etc.) or data breach class actions is a plus.

Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

Proven ability to manage cases and deadlines in a remote or hybrid work setting.

Technical fluency or experience collaborating with forensic experts is advantageous.
