Job description
At least 2 years management experience required and can be within AppSec, CloudSec, Offensive Security, Red Teaming. A lot of urgency Q4 start dates. Base around $190/$200k plus equity on top.
This is for a highly reputable brand in the Security space. They are renowned for their high performing environment, hiring top talent, and solving complex & rewarding problems in the Security space for some of the biggest names.
Although you must come from a highly technical background, these roles are non hands-on. You will act as a passionate people manager and strategic leader. You will lead a team of 8-10 highly talented Security Engineers with a big focus on retention, and continuing to scale the team from day one. You will be responsible for growing the practice, building and defining new processes and procedures as well as bringing innovative ideas to the table to drive the growth and presence of the business.
The right candidate would ideally come from a technical background, has 24+ months in leadership and possess experience working in a fast paced environment. Consultancy experience would be very appealing. A great opportunity to work in a great brand and make an impact on day one.
