| Title: AI Solution Architect (artificial intelligence) Start: ASAP Duration: 6-months initially Location: Wokingham (3 days per week) Inside IR35 - negotiable on rates / market rate The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing an AI-powered solution that leverages Azure OpenAI for data capture, analysis, and reporting. This solution will integrate multiple data sources, automate workflows, and provide valuable insights to inform decision-making and stakeholder engagement strategies. Responsibilities: - Design a comprehensive AI-driven solution using Azure OpenAI to capture and analyse stakeholder sentiment and feedback from multiple data sources - Develop scalable architecture that supports the integration of various data sources such as: salesforce, BI scores, CSAT scores, media coverage - Implement automatic / manual data capture mechanisms - Utilize AI tools to analyse themes and sentiments from data - Implement search and filtering capabilities for data synthesis and reporting - Develop dashboards and visualisation tools to display data and insights Skills: - Salesforce integration and BI tools - Familiarity with media monitoring and sentiment analysis - Knowledge of creating and managing dashboards for data visualisation |
