As they continue to push the boundaries of AI research, they are seeking talented AI Researchers to join their Core Fundamental Research team and lead groundbreaking initiatives in reinforcement learning, natural language processing (NLP), etc.

Position Overview: They are looking for experienced AI Researchers with a passion for advancing the field of artificial intelligence. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing state-of-the-art algorithms and models for their GenAI assistants.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead research and development efforts to advance the capabilities of our GenAI assistants, with a focus on reinforcement learning, NLP, and other trending AI domains.
  • Design and implement novel algorithms and models to address complex challenges in data analysis, decision-making, and natural language understanding.
  • Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals and contribute to the academic community by presenting at conferences and collaborating with researchers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to integrate research findings into scalable and deployable solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI research and technologies and identify opportunities to apply emerging techniques to enhance their products and services.

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh PhD grads - 3 years of experience
  • Expertise in reinforcement learning, natural language processing (NLP), and other trending AI domains, with a deep understanding of theoretical foundations and practical applications.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to tackle complex AI challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
