SFCC Web Development Manager: Full-Time & Fully Remote Position
Our client is seeking a SFCC Technical Lead to play an integral role in orchestrating their digital success by leading a team of talented SFCC developers to guide them towards building extraordinary online experiences.
What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire a team of developers, fostering a collaborative & innovative environment. Conduct daily stand-ups, assign tasks, and ensure project timelines are on track.
Develop and implement Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions, designing robust and scalable e-commerce architectures.
Coordinate with various internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth integration of systems, platforms, and third-party applications.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and translating them into technical specifications.
Continuous Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, constantly exploring new Salesforce Commerce Cloud features, updates, and emerging technologies. Your passion for innovation will ensure our e-commerce presence remains at the forefront of the industry.
Who You Are:
Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer or Technical Lead, with a strong track record of successful e-commerce implementations.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of developers.
Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
You are generally an awesome human that values kindness, curiosity, and intelligence!
