User Researcher- Mid Level
Permanent, Full-time
Hybrid working- London Based
Salary- Up to £50K per annum
Stott and May are pleased to be working with a technology consultancy, who are looking to expand their team due to growth!
Responsibilities:
- Planning and designing user research projects, testing both high level concepts and specific aspects of the services as they are developed
- Turning user research findings into actionable insights that inform the design and development of digital services
- Carry out rapid analysis and communicate insights in engaging and impactful ways to drive change and improvements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics
Requirements and skills:
- Digital Consultancy/ Software Delivery Consultancy experience
- Strong communication skills
- User Researcher experience
