Technical Services Analyst
Contract: inside IR35, via an umbrella
Pay: 250-280 /day
Start: ASAP, 3 / 6 month contract
Location: hybrid 3 days in the office near Regent Street
We are looking for a technical services analyst to join a luxury brand based in central London. The team consists of 2x 1st line engineers with a manager overseeing operations. Due to growth and volume of work, we require someone to hit the ground running and alleviate capacity from the existing permanent team.
Experience Required:
Active Directory / Group policy
Microsoft Azure
Office products - (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience of working on an IT helpdesk
Happy answering telephone tickets as well as in-person queries.
