Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Solution Design: Work with architects to design scalable and efficient solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support decision-making and develop reports.
- Testing and Validation: Define test cases and support user acceptance testing.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and propose system and process enhancements.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for knowledge sharing.
- Business Analysis: Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of network architectures and ability to create technical specifications.
- Tools: Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Visio, and BI tools.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a focus on high-quality solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Prior experience with data centre implementations and network management.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure).
- Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD processes.
- Industry-specific knowledge (Utilities).
