About the Role:

Join our Global client in Berkshire, as a Technical Business Analyst for an initial 6-month contract! We're seeking a tech-savvy professional with a strong hands-on development background. You'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring projects are successfully delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Implementation:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with strategic goals.
  • Document and analyze existing processes, capturing functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Design and propose technical solutions, balancing feasibility, cost, and business needs.
  • Develop detailed technical designs and future business processes.

Technical Communication and Support:

  • Clearly convey business requirements and technical designs to development teams.
  • Create and document system testing and quality assurance plans.
  • Ensure solutions meet specifications and business needs.

Innovation and Vendor Management:

  • Identify and propose opportunities for process improvements and technical upgrades.
  • Participate in evaluating and managing 3rd-party vendors.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong technical background with hands-on development experience (Python, SQL, Java preferred).
  • Proven experience in technical business analysis.
  • Previous focus on workflow management tools supporting business processes is useful.
  • Experience with data migration between systems.
  • Business systems analysis skills, including requirements analysis.
  • Ability to understand and document/diagram the as-is and to-be flows between systems.
  • Experience in setting data governance policies is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and issue tracking tools.
  • Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
