About the Role:
Join our Global client in Berkshire, as a Technical Business Analyst for an initial 6-month contract! We're seeking a tech-savvy professional with a strong hands-on development background. You'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring projects are successfully delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Implementation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with strategic goals.
- Document and analyze existing processes, capturing functional and non-functional requirements.
- Design and propose technical solutions, balancing feasibility, cost, and business needs.
- Develop detailed technical designs and future business processes.
Technical Communication and Support:
- Clearly convey business requirements and technical designs to development teams.
- Create and document system testing and quality assurance plans.
- Ensure solutions meet specifications and business needs.
Innovation and Vendor Management:
- Identify and propose opportunities for process improvements and technical upgrades.
- Participate in evaluating and managing 3rd-party vendors.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong technical background with hands-on development experience (Python, SQL, Java preferred).
- Proven experience in technical business analysis.
- Previous focus on workflow management tools supporting business processes is useful.
- Experience with data migration between systems.
- Business systems analysis skills, including requirements analysis.
- Ability to understand and document/diagram the as-is and to-be flows between systems.
- Experience in setting data governance policies is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and issue tracking tools.
- Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
