Stott and May are looking for a Technical Author with a strong background in DORA policies.
Title: Technical Author
Contract / Inside IR35
Ideally Hybrid (central London) - open to full remote
The purpose of the technical author will be to create accurate and concise documentation as required to support the DORA program.
Requirements:
• Understanding on DORA policies and procedure
• Work with SMEs to establish the portfolio of documents required
• Work with the SMEs to understand each method of backup and restore used within the environment
• Produce high quality comprehensive documentation based on the information obtained
• Ensure documentation meets quality standards and is user-friendly
• Submit the documents for peer review and amend as required
• Good understanding of Infrastructure generally (Windows, Unix, Linux, Networking, Virtualization)
• Possess a good working knowledge IT infrastructure in general. More detailed knowledge of DORA
