Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of talented developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Stakeholder management, build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that project requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Oversee the end-to end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing and deployment.
- Effectively communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the development team, exploring new technologies and product quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.
- Experience working within a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and effective communication with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Previous hands-on experience with C# or .Net
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for technology and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends.
