Social Media/ Content Manager- Shopify
Full-Time- Fully Remote Opportunity
Our client, a fashion retailer utilizing the Shopify Plus platform, is seeking a Social Media/ Content Manager to spearhead their social media strategy and deliver on-brand content across various social platforms, adopting both a strategic and task-oriented approach!
What You'll Do:
- Develop, oversee, and execute the social media vision to enhance brand discovery, foster customer engagement, and drive sales.
- Innovate and craft creative concepts for paid social advertisements, with the aim of boosting revenue and customer engagement.
- Generate user-generated content (videos and images) from scratch, including participating in videos, editing videos, and managing partner whitelisted content – proficiency in tools like Capcut, Veed, and Photoshop is preferred.
- Brainstorm and implement groundbreaking social strategies, experiment with emerging platforms, and explore opportunities for social monetization.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of social media metrics, engage in data analysis, and assume responsibility for data touchpoints.
- Maintain a meticulously organized creative calendar to efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Create and manage content for all organic social channels, including posting on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in social media marketing, including creative development.
- 2+ years in a Shopify Plus environment
- A track record of conceptualizing and executing large-scale social media campaigns across digital platforms, with a history of expanding audiences and achieving engagement metrics.
- The ability to utilize data for developing and evaluating marketing initiatives.
- Experience in launching and/or directly managing social media accounts.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
