Shopify Plus Developer
My client, a homegoods retailer operating on Shopify Plus, is seeking a Shopify Plus Developer to join their team and spearhead the evolution of their digital storefront. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Shopify's ecosystem and possess the expertise to develop customized solutions to enhance their online platform.
Responsibilities:
- Write code to customize Shopify themes and develop new features.
- Integrate third-party apps and services with Shopify to enhance functionality, while proactively identifying and resolving bugs to optimize the shopping experience.
- Identify and fix issues with Shopify store functionality, performance, and integration.
- Optimize Shopify store performance, including page load times and server response times.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA Engineers to implement new features and improvements.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Shopify API: Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize Shopify's REST and GraphQL API, as well as experience working with webhooks
- Shopify Admin Interface Familiarity: Thorough understanding of the Shopify Admin interface, coupled with the capability to seamlessly integrate it with third-party services and platforms.
- SEO-Friendly Page Development: Proven track record of developing Shopify pages optimized for search engine visibility and enhancing online store performance.
- Custom App Development Skills: Strong proficiency in developing custom applications using React and Node technologies, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet specific business requirements.
- Full-Stack Shopify Theme Development Experience: Extensive experience in full-stack Shopify theme development
