About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Project Manager to lead a high-impact initiative with one of our pharmaceutical clients on the US West Coast. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive digital transformation within a global enterprise environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver complex marketing automation and customer engagement programs.

As the Project Manager, you’ll oversee end-to-end delivery — from project planning and stakeholder alignment through to execution and post-launch optimization. You’ll work closely with Salesforce specialists, marketing teams, and client leadership to ensure timelines, budgets, and business outcomes are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and enhancements.

  • Define and maintain project plans, scope, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and regular status updates.

  • Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring high-quality project outcomes.

  • Coordinate across internal and external teams, including Salesforce consultants, developers, and marketers.

  • Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to the pharma industry.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of agile delivery practices.

  • Experience working with pharmaceutical or regulated industry clients is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultural contexts.

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Salesforce certifications a plus.
