*ENGINEERING MANAGER OPPORTUNITY*
*This role is Fully Remote
Stott and May are seeking an experienced and skilled SFCCEngineering Manager to join our client's inclusive and welcoming team.
Our client is looking for individuals who hold themselves to the highest standards and are willing to challenge the status quo daily. You will be part of a very innovate and established brand, working with a passionate team on 3-4 Salesforce Commerce Cloud sites, currently migrating over to SFRA. With some very exciting projects in the pipeline, you will be part of large implementations, interact with vendors, recommend strategy, architect solutions and have the opportunity to lead a team of 5-6 developers with uncapped growth potential.
To succeed in this Engineer Manager role, you will need the following:
At least 5+ years of eCommerce Web Development experience
7-10 years of experience in the eCommerce industry
At least 1+ years of leadership experience within the eCommerce industry
At least 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
eCommerce web solution architecture & project management exposure
SFRA experience is preferred, but not required.
Certifications in Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Demandware are preferred, but not required.
Strong background in hands-on eCommerce web development, ideally with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Ability to understand both the business & technical side of eCommerce
Willingness to be an integral member of a fast growing and innovative team!
