ServiceNow Administrator
Location: Luxembourg, Luxembourg (Hybrid)
Contract: Long-term
Day Rate: €480/day
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join a team on a hybrid basis in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring ServiceNow applications, supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, and ensuring smooth integration with other systems.
This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale projects, contribute to process improvements, and support the delivery of high-quality IT services across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Configure basic ServiceNow components including groups, users, and roles

Manage ITSM applications: Incidents, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Change, Problem, CMDB, and Service Operation Workspace

Create and configure catalogue items, forms, and flows in collaboration with service owners

Analyse business requirements and propose technical solutions

Write documentation for forms, workflows, and processes

Conduct unit testing and ensure solutions meet quality standards

Support platform incident management and coordinate with ServiceNow support

Work on data integration using Import Sets, Transform Maps, and IntegrationHub ETL

Manage Update Sets and facilitate import/export of data
Requirements

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory

Proven experience in large enterprise environments

Strong scripting skills in UI, Client, Business Rules, and ACL

Knowledge of Agile Development module

Familiarity with Flow Designer, Reporting Module, and Employee Center

Experience with Process Automation, Platform Analytics Workspace, and NowMobile application deployment is a plus

Experience with large-scale ServiceNow implementation projects

SQL knowledge

Strong technical and functional communication skills with stakeholders and end users
