Service Transition Manager
Contract Type: Perm
Location: London (Hybrid/Flexible)
Salary - £35000-£45000
Our London based Client is urgently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Service Transition Manager that has a understanding and experience of running a variety of small, medium and large Managed Service Transitions and an experience in a Service Delivery or Technical based role with strong communication skills to ensure effective communication to all stakeholders (external and internal) through the lifecycle of the transition.
As a Service Transition Manager will have the responsibility of project managing the on boarding of new or significantly changed Managed Services from point of Service Design to handover in to live Operational Service Delivery.
Requirements:
• Commercial experience in the management of projects to budgetary constraints and where effective commercial change control has been incorporated
• Proven people management skills
• Ideally, an understanding of all of the Service Delivery departmental operations, systems, processes and structure
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge - Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
Qualifications:
• ITIL v3 Foundation
• Prince 2 Foundation & Practitioner
• Technical certifications are desirable
