Service Delivery Manager – SC Cleared
1 Day a Month onsite - London, Birmingham or Glasgow
We’re looking for a proactive Service Delivery Manager to oversee key managed service contracts, ensuring high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage service contracts to meet SLAs, budgets, and quality standards
- Act as the main client contact, coordinating internal teams and subcontractors
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management; produce service reports
- Monitor performance, build stakeholder relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage contract finances and support service improvements
- Lead service reviews and liaise with third-party providers
- Identify opportunities for service growth
- Support out-of-hours service and engineering responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in service delivery management, preferably in IT or managed services
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage performance and contracts effectively
- Budgeting and financial skills
- Leadership in coordinating teams and vendors
- Incident, problem, and change management experience
Nice to Have:
- ITIL or similar certifications
- Experience with government or large enterprises
- Knowledge of security clearance processes
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 3-5 years’ experience in service management
Other:
- Must hold or be eligible for Security Clearance (SC)
- Willing to work a hybrid schedule with occasional out-of-hours support
