Job description
We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer for one of our clients who have locations in CA on the West coast - and also in NE and VA. This role can be on-site, or 100% remote.
This person will join an internal Center of Excellence and help to redefine how customer relationships and data are managed on a single Salesforce platform across marketing, sales, and service.
How you will make an impact:
- Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to understand the business goals and needs
- Collaborate with architects to ensure technical solution designs adhere to architectural strategies of the team
- Plan, design, develop, test and deploy solutions within an Agile Scrum software delivery framework
- Support bi-weekly release management activities via GearSet & BitBucket
- Engage in code and technical design reviews of solution implementations to ensure code quality and best practices are maintained
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- 2+ years of development leadership experience
- Deep understanding of Lightning Web Components
- Actionable knowledge of Financial Services Cloud & Service Cloud preferred
- SF1 (Mobile) Experience or LEX on Mobile Experience highly preferred
- Tableau CRM is a plus
- Understanding and experience with Amazon Connect and supporting AWS services
- Demonstrable experience with JIRA, BitBucket, and SFDX. Bonus for GearSet experience
- Self-sufficiency with Lightning Web Component development, specifically within Service Cloud
