Client: Summit Partner – they have multiple projects available with their customers. Your role would be aligned to one of these (mostly in the Financial/ Healthcare /Life Sciences space)
Location: Remote
Contract: 6 months rolling
Rates: $70-80/h c2c

We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for deriving requirements from clients, designing & developing solutions per the specifications utilizing Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning and other compatible technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and document scalable, high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Clear understanding and participates in the entire software development lifecycle
- Recommend alternative approaches, analyze impacts, and provide sizing estimates
- Identify project risks
- Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing and work closely with users for user acceptance testing
- Analyze and mitigate bugs and issues
- Participate and lead design and code review sessions
- Propose creative, highly innovative solutions
- Support and lead release planning and deployment
- Assess and make recommendations on processes, design, operations and testing
- Be a mentor and support other developers
Required Skills
- 5+ years of programming experience
- Strong Experience with Object-Oriented Programming and know how to use several design patterns
- 3+ years of advanced Salesforce declarative configuration experience is required
- 2+ years of advanced Lightning, Apex, SOQL development is required
- Highly proficient in administering all Salesforce system admin level configurations such as user permissions, page layouts and security settings
- Strong experience building, designing and consuming APIs
- Strong experience with data migrations
- Strong in web development languages like CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
- Strong skill set in building SQL queries and relational database concepts
- Experience with source code version control
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience leading release planning and deployment
- Experience leading client training as needed
- Experience demoing a solution to the client
