| Senior Guidewire Tech Lead / Consultant Freelance Contract - Inside IR35 Start: ASAP Location: London Bridge area - hybrid 2 days per week Duration: initial 6 months Pay: 600-640 per day (inside IR35) We are looking for an experienced Senior Guidewire Tech Lead / Consultant for a freelance/contract role in London, working on a strategic Policy and Claims Administration platform consolidation programme. Key Responsibilities: - Design scalable software solutions to enhance functionality and system longevity. - Develop and deploy key modules of the enterprise system, ensuring successful integration and maintenance. - Configure and customize Guidewire Claims Centre (V9 or V10) and integrate with finance, payment, document management, and third-party policy systems. - Lead data migration from legacy systems to Guidewire and contribute to troubleshooting and reconciliation efforts. - Work with stakeholders to identify and implement future-proof solutions using Agile best practices. Skills & Experience Required: - 5+ years of experience with Guidewire Claims Centre (V9 or V10), GOSU programming, and system integrations. - Strong knowledge of the insurance domain, particularly claims processes. - Experience in cloud data platform integration and data reconciliation with data warehouses. - Familiarity with source code management tools like GitHub and Subversion. - Guidewire Configuration certification (preferred), with experience in Agile methodologies. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. |
