Job title: Senior Cloud Platform Engineer
Location: Reading, Berkshire – Hybrid
Salary: up to £75,000
About the role:
As a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer, working alongside other developers and Architects to deliver high quality, professional consultancy and solutions to clients, you will be developing Core Cloud Infrastructure and Cloud Native Applications that are commercially viable and technically excellent.
You will be responsible for successful delivery of elegant solutions as well as providing SME input during the full project lifecycle. Being proactive with ability to operate with pace and energy as you will be understanding customer requirements and work collaboratively with architects and consultants to design technical solutions.
About you:
- Experience developing applications in Microsoft Azure
- Experience applying S.O.L.I.D design principles and modern design patters
- Experience of developing application for the Microsoft Azure platforms
- Experience of using Infrastructure as Code tools such as ARM, Bicep or Terraform
- Experience of configuring CI/CD pipelines
- Experience of using and configuring Agile ALM tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
