Job description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join the RTC squad within our DataHub Tribe. The RTC squad focuses on delivering data solutions that support Retail Customer and Channel insights, working across a diverse technology landscape that includes traditional Business Intelligence (Oracle, Informatica, Tableau), Big Data solutions, and Mainframe environments.
This role combines the responsibilities of Scrum Master and Feature Delivery Owner, ensuring both the adoption of agile practices and the successful end-to-end delivery of features.
Role Overview
As a Scrum Master, you will act as the key enabler of agile ways of working, guiding the squad in applying Scrum principles and fostering effective collaboration. You will remove obstacles, protect the team from distractions, and coach both squad members and stakeholders on agile best practices.
In parallel, as a Feature Delivery Owner, you will be accountable for ensuring the squad delivers features aligned with business priorities—from ideation through deployment—while upholding quality and timelines.

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and other relevant meetings.
- Drive the squad’s agile maturity, ensuring methodology is applied effectively and project milestones are achieved.
- Identify and resolve impediments, ensuring smooth delivery and continuous flow.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog management, Definition of Done (DoD), and maintaining progress visibility through capacity and velocity metrics.
- Act as an agile coach, promoting self-organization, removing barriers, and encouraging continuous improvement.
- Serve as an ambassador of agile practices, engaging stakeholders, reporting on progress, and addressing risks and issues.
- Ensure transparency and alignment across squads by coordinating activities such as Scrum of Scrums.
- Oversee feature delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing dependencies, and driving delivery from concept to deployment.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as Scrum Master or in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Solid understanding of project management practices.
- Proficiency in agile reporting and tracking tools (e.g., Rally, Jira).
- Familiarity with tools for automated testing and continuous integration (nice to have).
- Proven experience working in data-driven environments and managing delivery across BI, Big Data, and/or Mainframe landscapes is a strong asset.
