- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies and events, such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Coaching and mentoring Scrum team members to help them develop their Agile skills and practices
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align project goals and manage expectations
- Continuously improving the team's processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, leading multiple Scrum teams in complex, enterprise-level environments
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with a strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices
- Experience in using Agile project management tools, such as JIRA, and basic reporting skills
