**Role Overview:**

The position calls for a Senior Scrum Master with a robust background in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. The role involves leading and coaching Agile teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor Agile teams on Agile principles and practices.
- Remove impediments to team progress and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritise and manage the product backlog.
- Track and report Agile metrics to monitor team performance and drive improvement.

- Over four years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
