SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Consultant
Location: London, min 2 days onsite

Bring your expertise in SAP ECP to a key role near London Bridge, with the flexibility of remote work. Support end-to-end payroll implementations, optimize processes, and ensure UK compliance in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills:
- 10-12 years in SAP Payroll, 3-5 years of full lifecycle SAP ECP projects
- Strong configuration, schema, and rule development experience
- Knowledge of payroll cycles, wage types, hiring/termination, benefits
- Familiar with Employee Central fundamentals, data maintenance, time management, RBPs
- Experience with replication, field mappings, CPI
- UK payroll regulations and complex industry experience (public sector, retail, manufacturing)
Nice to Have:
- Additional Employee Central experience
- CPI integration skills
- Support during go-lives and post-implementation
Preferred:
- Relevant degree
- Extensive SAP ECP implementation history
