Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP IS Real Estate within the S/4HANA framework.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
- Provide expertise in real estate management processes, including lease management, property management, and contract management.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and support go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP IS Real Estate and S/4HANA.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
Qualifications:
- Recent experience in SAP IS Real Estate and S/4HANA implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of real estate business processes and SAP IS Real Estate module.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- SAP certification in IS Real Estate and/or S/4HANA is a plus.
