SAP GTS Consultant
**Customs management - Export and Import Process**
My client seeks a SAP GTS Consultant to oversee the full spectrum of SAP GTS implementation phases, from blueprinting to post-production support, encompassing gap analysis, process mapping, data migration, training, testing, and go-live support. You will collaborate closely with clients to ascertain requirements, covering ECCN, commodity codes, SPL, embargoes, and legal regulations, while also facilitating internal training and development. Coordinate seamlessly with technical and interface teams to establish effective communication channels between SAP ERP and GTS systems. Prepare meticulous business and functional design documentation and conduct thorough unit and integration testing, including interface testing. Execute cutover activities and integration processes, along with conducting end-user training sessions.
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
- Possess experience in SAP project implementation, rollout, and support, specialising in GTS 10.1 and above, with a focus on foreign trade customer processing.
- Proficient in establishing communication pathways between ECC or S/4 HANA and GTS, as well as with external custom servers in the US and EU.
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP GTS functionalities such as compliance management, customs management, risk management, and global trade trends, with a sound understanding of integration modules (SD, MM, WM, and FI).
