Salesforce Technical Architect (Contract) – Glasgow (Hybrid)
Contract: 6 months | Rate: £525/day | IR35: Inside
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
Overview
A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to design and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions. The role involves translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures, with hands-on involvement in integrations, data migrations, and platform governance.
Key Responsibilities

Lead design workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions

Produce BRDs/FSDs and oversee solution design and implementation

Provide best-practice guidance on Salesforce architecture, security, and integrations

Collaborate with functional teams on implementation approach (declarative, programmatic, AppExchange)

Ensure compliance with platform security, authentication, and data protection
Essential Skills & Experience
-
10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across multiple clouds

5+ years delivering full lifecycle enterprise projects

Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, security, Service Console, Omni-Channel, and APIs (REST, SOAP, Tooling, Metadata, Bulk)

Experience in data modelling, integrations, and cloud solution architecture

Agile delivery experience and strong stakeholder engagement
