Salesforce Solutions Architect needed to join a market-leading consulting partner on a fully-remote, initial 6-month contract, with a competitive hourly rate. The successful
Salesforce solutions consultant will join a technology solutions company focusing on projects within the healthcare sector. You will be consulting on CRM projects, overseeing projects from conception through to delivery, providing expertise on Health Cloud and other Salesforce tools for healthcare businesses.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to match the following criteria:
- 5+ years relevant experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect/Consultant within the healthcare sector (including pharmaceuticals, MedTech and/or life sciences)
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with patient relationship management and patient services systems
- Strong background working with Salesforce Health Cloud
- Experience designing the implementation of CRM systems for healthcare organization(s)
- Proven ability to manage both technical and functional project deliverables
- Good experience with other Salesforce products (Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) would be beneficial
- Salesforce certifications are desirable
- Must be excellent communicators and comfortable in a customer-facing position
