Job description
We are hiring a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer / Architect for one of our consulting clients - to manage the setup and integration of a customer's Digital Engagement capabilities into a custom Salesforce Service Cloud environment
This is a short-term, 2-month contract role - 40 hours/week, fully remote - paid at an hourly rate of $70-90/h, dependent on experience and w2/c2c
The work will involve setting up SMS flows with logic & branching, as well as building out workflows for CSRs who will work these contacts.

The work will involve setting up SMS flows with logic & branching, as well as building out workflows for CSRs who will work these contacts.
Main Responsibilities
- Building internal user experiences for:
- Incoming message handling
- Creating queues for messages and cases
- Open case/message handling
- Linking incoming messages to established Salesforce Person Accounts
- Leveraging existing SFDC logic & flows to integrate this new contact type seamlessly
- Opt in / opt out keyword and list management
- Building functionality to enable for the end customer:
- SMS 1:1 messaging with customers who opt in via a keyword
- Including - outbound MMS, SMS (plain text and including links)
- Autoresponses to certain keyword prompts
Experience needed:
- Experience developing in custom Salesforce Service Cloud environments
- Able to quickly get up to speed with a custom build, to ensure that new work is integrated seamlesslessly
- Experience working directly with the business and understanding how to translate business needs into Salesforce development
- Experience with Digital Experience/SMS preferred, but not required.
