Job description
We are hiring a Salesforce Program Manager to manage the Service Cloud instance for one of our clients in the e-commerce industry
The suite includes; Service Cloud with Voice (AWS / Amazon Connect), OMS, Field Service and Automation
You will manage a team who handles Performance Reporting - as well as guiding overall strategy and ongoing global implementations - identifying and mitigating risks and managing budget
Experience needed:
The suite includes; Service Cloud with Voice (AWS / Amazon Connect), OMS, Field Service and Automation

Experience needed:
- 5+ years' experience in Salesforce Service Cloud,
- Experience managing projects with a large consumer brand.
- Experience with AWS, CRMA, Field Service, OMS, Experience Cloud
- Experience Telephony systems
