Salesforce Program Manager - Service Cloud

We are hiring a Salesforce Program Manager to manage the Service Cloud instance for one of our clients in the e-commerce industry

The suite includes; Service Cloud with Voice (AWS / Amazon Connect), OMS, Field Service and Automation  

You will manage a team who handles Performance Reporting - as well as guiding overall strategy and ongoing global implementations - identifying and mitigating risks and managing budget

Experience needed:

• 5+ years' experience in Salesforce Service Cloud,
• Experience managing projects with a large consumer brand.
• Experience with AWS, CRMA, Field Service, OMS, Experience Cloud  
• Experience Telephony systems  

This is a remote role - candidates should be based in the US and willing to work on EST/CST - with an annual salary of $145,000-170,000
