Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer - Remote

Role Overview: As an SFMC Developer, you will play a key role in creating and optimizing marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud's full suite of tools, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, personalized customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Journey Builder: Design and implement customer journeys to enhance user engagement.
- Segmentation: Create and manage complex audience segments for targeted campaigns.
- Data Extensions: Develop and maintain data extensions to support marketing initiatives.
- Automations: Build and manage automation workflows to streamline marketing processes.
- Template Creation: Design and develop email templates to ensure brand consistency.
- Email Building: Create, test, and optimize emails for various campaigns.
- Einstein: Utilize Salesforce Einstein for predictive analytics and send-time optimization.
- Send Optimization: Implement best practices to improve email deliverability and engagement rates.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly with Journey Builder and segmentation.
- Experience in creating and managing Data Extensions, automation workflows, and email templates.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein and its applications in marketing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
