We are hiring a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin for one of our Consulting clients
This is a US-based remote contract starting in December (1st) for 3 months initially, 40 hours/ week
The contract will be paid at an hourly rate of $60-70/h depending on w2 or c2c
Responsibilities:
The role involves building, deploying, and optimizing email campaigns, managing research digests, coordinating workflows to ensure accurate and timely communications across multiple business lines.

Responsibilities:
The role involves building, deploying, and optimizing email campaigns, managing research digests, coordinating workflows to ensure accurate and timely communications across multiple business lines.
- Build, test, and deploy targeted emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Constant Contact
- Build and publish landing pages in a templated CMS
- Import contacts from the database into Constant Contact and maintain accurate distribution lists.
- Upload research reports to internal and external websites.
- Track timelines and coordinate stakeholders for national and regional event communications.
- Compile and analyze performance metrics, summarizing key insights for reporting.
- Maintain workflows and calendars in Asana to keep projects on schedule.
Experience needed:
- Proven experience in email marketing with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot and Constant Contact.
- Proficiency in HTML email building (Stripo or similar tools), with strong QA and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms for uploading reports and content.
- Strong organizational skills and experience using Asana or similar project management tools.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for tracking and reporting performance data.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and proofreading.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads and shifting priorities effectively.
