Role Title: EUC – Executive Support SME
Location: Wokingham/Warwick, UK (Office-based - 5 days per week)
Day Rate: £233.75 (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Support SME to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives. The role involves managing day-to-day executive activities, coordinating meetings and communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of office functions. The successful candidate will be proactive, organised, and customer-focused, ensuring seamless executive support and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct administrative and operational support to executives, including diary management, travel coordination, and correspondence.

Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.

Handle and safeguard confidential information and sensitive materials.

Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and maintain accurate records.

Oversee procurement, office budgets, and supplies management.

Manage office administrative tasks, delegating and tracking completion as required.

Maintain and enforce office policies and procedures.

Assist with event planning, logistics, and coordination.

Provide excellent customer service, including managing calls and directing enquiries.

Support day-to-day IT/EUC-related needs within the executive environment where required.
Essential Skills and Experience

Proven experience as an Executive Support Specialist, PA, or similar administrative role.

Strong knowledge of office management and administrative procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
