We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud to join our team on a contract basis. As the Tech Lead for Salesforce Health Cloud, you will lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge Salesforce solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients in the health and life sciences industry. You will play a critical role in driving technical excellence, mentoring team members, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Salesforce developers in designing and implementing scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Health Cloud functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Architect complex Salesforce solutions, including data model design, integration architecture, and platform customization.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Lead code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive the adoption of agile development methodologies.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, prioritize tasks, and track progress towards milestones.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce Health Cloud features and industry trends, and provide thought leadership on innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a technical lead or senior developer in Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
- Expertise in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and design patterns, with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members towards common goals.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
