Our client is a leading consulting firm specializing in the health and life sciences industry. Focused on implementing innovative solutions in patient care technology and advanced therapy technology to drive improvements in healthcare outcomes.
They are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master with experience in Salesforce Health Cloud to join our team on a contract basis. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of Salesforce implementation projects for our clients in the health and life sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile development teams, guiding the team through Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, priorities, and dependencies.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Remove impediments and escalate issues as needed to ensure the team remains focused and productive.
- Maintain project documentation and metrics, including sprint backlogs, burndown charts, and velocity reports.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items, define acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment, encouraging open communication, trust, and accountability.
- Drive adherence to Agile methodologies and Scrum framework, and contribute to process improvements to enhance team productivity and delivery excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Scrum Master certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments, preferably with experience in Salesforce Health Cloud projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with expertise in Scrum framework and ceremonies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster collaboration within cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with distributed teams and managing dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
