They are seeking a talented Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. As a Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients in the health and life sciences industry maximize the value of their Salesforce investments. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design tailored Salesforce solutions, and drive successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to uncover pain points and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and configure Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to meet client requirements, including data model design, workflow automation, and user interface customization.
- Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide the implementation process.
- Provide training and support to client stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, develop implementation plans, and track progress towards milestones.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce Health Cloud features, industry trends, and best practices, and share knowledge with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in Salesforce consulting, with a focus on Health Cloud implementations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry processes and workflows, with experience in patient care technology or related areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
