Salesforce Data Lead – LATAM / Remote
We are hiring a Salesforce Data Lead to drive data migration efforts for Salesforce solutions in the Insurance industry.
This is a remote contract role for 12 months + - paid in USD, hourly rate $18-25/h. Candidates MUST be based in one of the following countries; Uruguay, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica
You will work in a customer-facing consulting role – integrating legacy data, managing end-to-end data migrations and conversions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities include:
? Data Analysis & Mapping: reviewing legacy data structures and mapping data from legacy systems to Salesforce objects.
Developing detailed documentation
? Lead data cleansing efforts & quality assessments for data enrichment, using automated scripts and data tools to optimize data for migration.
? Data Loading: Using Salesforce tools (e.g., Data Loader, Bulk API), manage large datasets, and post-load validation
? Testing & Validation
? Customer Support: Act as the primary contact for data issues, post-migration support
? Documentation & Reporting: ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in the Insurtech industry.
Experience needed:
? 5+ years in data conversion, migration, or integration with a focus on Salesforce implementations
? Technical experience in Salesforce architecture, Data Loader, Bulk API, data transformation tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend)
