A Salesforce CPQ Technical Architect is needed for a remote, direct hire position with a global leader in cross-cloud solutions. With over 60 years of proven success, the company's focus is to help clients reach their potential by integrating experiences across Marketing/ Commerce/Revenue/Service Cloud, CRM, and Data Services. By building end to end solutions for their clients, the team collaborates to enhance the customers’ overall journey and experience.
As the Salesforce CPQ Technical Architect, you will take on the role of implementing and managing Salesforce CPQ and Billing modules for the company’s expanding customer base. You also will be supporting teams and managing relationships by working closely with stakeholders and key partners within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Implement CPQ & Billing packages
- Responsible for custom app development and Lightning experiences while coding with Apex
- Executing Quote to Cash process
- Working closely with Stakeholders to achieve high quality results
- Responsible for using JIRA to track projects progression
- Occasional travel to meet clients and project locations will vary
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience implementing within the Salesforce Platform
- Expert level knowledge of overall architecture of the Salesforce CRM platform
- Recent experience of projects involving the completion of CPQ and Billing full cycle implementations
- Strong communication skills needed to effectively run team and client meetings
- Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Experience with managing teams across different time zones
