Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, objectives, and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and Salesforce solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize Salesforce features and functionalities to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with developers and administrators to implement and deploy Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users to maximize adoption and effectiveness of Salesforce solutions.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends to continuously enhance system capabilities and drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce CRM.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus.
